Entrepreneur Criteria
- Official endorsement certificate from a recognized business incubator in Qatar.
- Bank statement with a minimum balance of no less than 36,500 QAR or its equivalent in local currency over the past three months.

- 3 months bank statement (stamped)

- Renewal follows the same documentation requirements as the initial application.
FOR OVERSEAS ENTREPRENEURS
General Requirements
- Minimum 18 years old
- Passport (minimum 6 months validity)
- Recent personal photograph
- Attested 3 months bank statement with minimum balance of USD 10,000
- CV
- Attested police clearance certificate
Special Requirements
- Endorsement letter from the local incubator
Renewal
- Renewal follows the same documentation requirements as the initial application.
Note on attestation: Attested documents must be authenticated by the releasing entity, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs(MoFA) of the issuing country and the relevant Qatar Embassy (or by Qatar MoFA if attested within Qatar).
Application Journey
FOR RESIDING ENTREPRENEURS

Submit to incubator: receive acceptance and request an endorsement letter.

Incubator nominates entrepreneurs and sends endorsement to Jusour.

Onboarding: applicant receives a link to the online platform.

Apply: complete the form and upload required documents (passport copy, QID, stamped 3-month bank statement, establishment card, personal photo, CV).

Receive notification from the Ministry of Labor.

Receive QID upon approval.

Apply to MoL for issuance of special work permit.

Ongoing support and post-placement assistance.
FOR OVERSEAS ENTREPRENEURS

Apply: upload passport copy, CV, attested 3-month bank statement, attested police clearance, and incubator endorsement.

Land in Qatar: complete medical test, fingerprinting and QID issuance.

Criteria
Minimum Salary Requirement
The monthly salary must be no less than:
- QAR 50,000 for the following positions: Chairman, COO, CTO, CFO, CEO.
- QAR 80,000 for other Executive Director titles
Previous Work Experience:
A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a senior executive management position, inside or outside the State of Qatar, within a company or other entity
Employment Contract Details
A valid local employment contract (direct contract) with a company classified under one of the following categories:
- Public shareholding companies listed on the Qatar Stock Exchange
- Banks and financial institutions licensed by Qatar Central Bank
- Insurance companies licensed by Qatar Central Bank or the Qatar Financial Markets Authority (QFMA)
- Consulting firms (scientific offices or visiting professional firms) operating in the fields of management, finance, legal, and accounting services for governmental and semi-governmental entities
